went in for a checkup and the staff was really nice right from the front desk. the doctor actually listened to me which is rare in my experience. wait time was about 20 minutes which isnt terrible but could be faster. only thing id change is they rescheduled my follow up appointment three times which got a bit annoying. overall solid care and i felt taken care of.
Spoke with Customer Service Representative about some potential equipment needs for my elderly parents. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.
