We were transferred to this practice after our former internist retired last year. Although the MD at this practice is competent the administrative staff is poor at best. Patients must make appointments & refill prescriptions via an uncaring, uncooperative, uninterested and inefficient call-center operator - and - an appointment made doesn't mean that the Dr. will see the patient on/at the scheduled day/time.
