I have tried for over a month to reach the office to make an appt. I was formerly with the old Village Health and my file had been closed. I finally did get someone to answer and she told me acct formerly with Village Health had been closed and she would have to request records to reopen. Then she would call me and make me an appt. I have left my number over and over, I missed the only call back I have received. I get their voice message every time that their call wait is longer and leave a number and they will call me back.... read more
The doctor here is fantastic but the billing is like scam. I visited here in January and received a ~$500 to ~550 bills in total. After I made a payment for $302 in March, they closed the bill and charged me for another $391, not the rest ~$200 balance. Therefore, I contacted them to correct the bill many times. They refused to correct the balance and deleted the beginning statements from their website.
