Love love love. Always clinically clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, the classes-instructors and entire facility are all top notch! Highly recommend.

Jared, personal trainer is amazing. In just 2 months my strength has improved and more importantly less body fat. He is prompt and comes prepared with a program. He wants to complete the entire program at the end of the hour. We are killing it in every session!!! Thanks Jared! You’re the best!!!!
"Warning: avoid Gainey Ranch if you value your dignity! The manager and some staff members are not only unprofessional but also condone a culture of bullying and elitism. Despite my attempts to resolve a billing issue, the manager was consistently rude and dismissive, discussing my personal business in front of others and trying to embarrass me. But what's even more disturbing is that this behavior is apparently tolerated and perpetuated by other staff members, creating a toxic environment where some feel entitled to harass ... read more
