Terrible experience all around. Beth was very rude and condescending during the entire appointment. She asked me come in an hour early and I still waited 25 minutes for the appt. As my hair was processing I mentioned I was nervous it looked like it was coming out too dark, she said no it’s not too dark and yes it is. My hair came out a whole different color than i wanted and have been dying it for years. I messaged her to ask if she could fix the color and she sent me a “peace” emoji telling me to go find another stylist. Sh... read more
