Robert was very rude he told me to tell him what kind of cut I want, into the cut I asked to cut more off the top he got upset and told me he should charge me for two hair cuts,that's very unprofessional, customer service should be first ,I was kind and straight forward, A customer doesn't deserve this treatment when happily paying, I advise you to get customer service training so this doesn't happen to anyone else,I will not give business to you anymore.now I remember why I stopped getting cuts from him.
