I am very happy with this salon. I recently moved to the village and stopped in one day just to see if they cut men's hair. Rose, who was currently working on a customer's hair responded that they do and handed me her business card to call and make an appointment with. She was the only stylist in the salon at the time. Once I came in for the appointment, she took time to find out what I wanted, was very professional throughout the entire visit, and did a great job on my hair. I stopped in to get my kids haircut and 2 girls were sitting there talking and they said do you have an appointment I said no. They said by appointment only. I looked around and said you have no one here. They said soon so we left and I sat in my car for 40 minutes not one person walked in the salon. They could have cut my daughters hair. Stay away from these lazy people

I am a visitor this week in Greendale. Yes, the door say “ no walking”, but, that usually means for immediate service. I walked in. 3 staff looked at me. On was tidying her station. Not one said HELLO, nor GREETED ME. That is just plain rude!
