The leasing agents have always been nice . However , Jillian the manager is terrible and needs to be fired ! Her lack of professionalism is downright disgusting. Upon moving out they tried to withhold a significant portion of my security deposit for a bunch of incorrect charges. As I continuously called she claimed they would “fix a few “ . I stated some of the charges were from things I reported on my initial move in sheet regarding issues I saw with the blinds and ceiling fan. Elaine in the leasing office was super helpful in answering all my questions and helping to ensure that anything that needed to be fixed upon my move in was handled with urgency. Been living here almost a month and have no complaints thus far.
The apartment wasn’t flawless at move-in, and we had some maintenance fixes that needed attention. Those were handled quickly, which we appreciated. Where the community really stood out was with a more complicated neighbor situation. Assistant manager Jacob Collin went above and beyond, following up with us regularly, keeping us informed, and making sure it was addressed properly. Charged erroneous fees and then dodge me when I request the errors be corrected. I've been waiting two months for a credit for a charge that never should have occurred. Spoke to two managers via email and phone still waiting. The BBB is now stepping in because the company failed to rectify their mistake. They also have been nonresponsive with them. Hi I just read about this apartment building and the things happening there and I just wanted to say that you all should do better to show your residents that you care about their safety. If someone is hurting an animal then a child might be next. I wont discuss the other things that this Coston person is doing there because it's none of my business, but that should stop too. You have an obligation to protect your tenants
