Rented a trailer from them on a one-year lease, A rodent ended up Burrowing under the Trailer and Created a flea infestation. 1/23/24 The Village Green Staff is very much appreciated! From keeping the grounds clean, tidy and mowed, to the roads plowed and cleared to assisting me when my pipes were frozen, to having my window screens fixed promptly upon moving in. The crew works on days off, rain snow or shine! I am especially Thankful for Austin, Chris, & LaShea . They are an immense help when I need any maintenance done and are prompt. These swindlers will constantly trying to charge you for something. Whether it be the grass being too long or you've just been living there over a year. They will scam the hell out of you! On top of that, they'll just come into your place whenever they feel like it. Without permission, with nobody home they don't care! Also they'll constantly come knocking on your door early in the morning to mess with your sleep schedule. DO NOT APPLY HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! THEY RAISE YOUR RENT EVERY YEAR!
