Not able to get an appointment at all
If there is 0 star, then I would have chosen that rating. Unprofessional. New patient and looking for a fam doc for my family (3 people). I called several times and spoke with the receptionist that this is for my entire family and she said okay noted. After several months, come the scheduled appointment, they said that it’s only for one person. They didn’t even provide alternatives. Waited for months just for this kind of service.
