At first few experiences nancy sarabana was nice seemed like she knew what she was doing. But after several attempts to get appts for follow ups as the medication that was perscribed made things worse. Ended up in urgent care due to her negligence and lack of care. In the end like any other clinic your just a number and a paycheck. The front end staff have horrible attitude. No phone manners communication is poor at best.
