don't rent from yes communities !!!! I know we have a housing shortage in the michiana area but stay FAR away from this place!!!a lot of people are looking for housing right now but don't do it to yourself!! Update- Still haven’t received my security deposit after The flea infestation forced me to move out.
Since yes communities has taken over, lot rent has gone up over $150 more than it was. However, the maintenance worker nate brooks is always quick to respond to any issues residents need addressed.
Huge shout out to Lashea and Ryan for coming out first thing this morning to unfreeze my pipes! Always going out of the way to make sure we are running! Thank you two for freezing your butts off so we can have water!!
