Strongly advise against choosing this as your place to reside. Horrible communication. Maintenance is a joke. They go throw community managers so often you can't ever get a straight answer. Absolutely the worst decision I ever made was choosing this community to live in.

1501 Folkstone Ct, Mishawaka, IN 46544 highly recommend them kicking that person out and tearing that house down because of all the holes in the roof as well as the terrible stench coming from that trailer during the summer and it's smelling like straight gas leaks in the winter and you know it's bad when you get smell it from E 12 th Street entrance and don't even get me started on the lady that lives there cuz she's is really rude when you ask her not to dump her poop outside

Growing up in Osceola, I was very apprehensive about moving into this community going off of what I remember from when I was a kid. The place is done a complete 180. Super nice, quiet and clean. Jenni made the renting process actually enjoyable. She was always very responsive to questions and always seem very happy to help.
