This is the worst place to stay, let me tell you about it, the office never answers the phone and the community manger IS A JOKE😭 Idk who let her have that position but lord someone get her outta there, she don’t do shit she supposed to do she. Don’t get me started about how maintenance never comes when needed and gold keys are stupid cause you tell them what’s wrong and the don’t fix anything, all I’m saying is make this place your very last decision cause I wish I would of did research before I moved here. Run by Yes Communities. Took mobile homes from the most affordable place in town the the most expensive place in town.

I hate to say it, but after almost 20 years of living, there it’s gone steadily downhill. Sure they are moving in lots of new homes and tearing down old, dilapidated ones but the it appears that the barrier for entry has gotten quite low. The residents they are attracting have absolutely no concept of neighborhood etiquette. There is constant noise, loud stereos come from homes in all directions.
