Wish I would have read the reviews first I want my 150.00 dollars i paid for application and have yet to get a response I have been to the office spoke to the new office manager Katie Smith thats a joke came back the person at the desk said "she is around here some place" what never wrote down what i said refund my money I applied in August refund my money BBB equal housing is next.
Over priced. Unsafe. Ridiculous cost for a trailer park. Yes communities and whoever runs it are unethical opportunities who would let you die in preventable circumstances to make a buck off of you. Year before last they did not pay their water and maintenance bill on their utilities and for their landscaping tools.
