I just wanna say that the maintenance team very professional very quick response. They are great. I had issues with my trailer James/Josh did a great job

I hate to say it, but after almost 20 years of living, there it’s gone steadily downhill. Sure they are moving in lots of new homes and tearing down old, dilapidated ones but the it appears that the barrier for entry has gotten quite low. The residents they are attracting have absolutely no concept of neighborhood etiquette. There is constant noise, loud stereos come from homes in all directions.
