That place is a joke the owner screws you around especially when you pay rent and you can't do anything at all so if you have little kids NEVER LIVE HERE. I will be honest that place just sucks no matter what. DO NOT LIVE THERE
Chari? (owner) is the WORST human being alive. I do not and never even would consider living here but the stories I have heard of the lease manipulation is disgusting and Chari should be criminally prosecuted for being a trash LL!!! Office has literally ‘lost rent payments’ tenants had to repay. lol. If you want to pay rent to a slum lord- this is the place!!! You will be treated the same way they treat the property- like garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNLAWFUL PARK!!
