Village green doesn’t get back to any requests made by tenants. How are they classified as a property management company???
I signed a twelve month lease at Xavier Apartments in Chicago with a roommate Sarah Judd. She moved out of her twelve month lease with seven months remaining, abandoning her lease and hold me fully responsible for the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lease and all of the bills that she did not pay. Sarah Judd is an employee of Village Green Apartment Management do not trust Sarah Judd, she is a terrible person and will probably screw you over too. Beware.
If everyone in the world worked like Maria and Heather at Eugenie Terrace the world would be a better place. They went above and beyond to help me as I moved to the area and are always willing to help. They truly care! Exceptional service and hospitality.
