This is the stupid you have to deal with if you live here. Every few months, this buildings association conducts a test of the fire alarm that lasts about 1-3 hours where the fire alarm in your unit blasts a constant rining alarm enough to make a person def. These people are insane. They bang on your door till you open up, and if you dont open, they will use a key to intrude into your home. Went to visit my friend at this complex. I was shocked that her roof was still leaking after 6 months of complaining to management. Roofers have been out there 3 times. The black mold in the apartment is so bad for her health. I’ve told her she must move out. They will not even allow her to switch apartments. She has had to get the City of Coral Springs involved. This place has not been maintained properly. It used to be much nicer. I would stay away.
