Whatever you do , do not move in here!! It is not worth it at all the apartments are filled with roaches no matter how much you clean and have the exterminator come to spray your apartment with moth spray is just a waste. These apartments run $15k and up but absolutely terrible management my apt has yet to have repairs all from leaks , floor cracks, Roaches, and mold infested AC’s!
This is the stupid you have to deal with if you live here. Every few months, this buildings association conducts a test of the fire alarm that lasts about 1-3 hours where the fire alarm in your unit blasts a constant rining alarm enough to make a person def. These people are insane. They bang on your door till you open up, and if you dont open, they will use a key to intrude into your home.
