If you move out the manager won't give you your deposit back ...he puts it in his pocket..I just sold my trailer and always paid my lot rent and the manager wouldn't give me my deposit back...that's dirty..Don would have ...he knew I was a good tenant..don't give him your notice he will tear it up and keep your deposit..he s dirty person..he does nothing in that park..he told some people he don't like kids or pets..no one likes him..
