I just have to say that since we first started looking into moving up here at Village Green that Jacky has been utterly AMAZING with EVERY question and detail I had, and trust me I had MANY, but Jacky never made me feel like I was a pest, even when I was, lol We absolutely love it here, but this review is not about the complex, again which we love, but 100000000% about Jacky, she is now helping me with my mom, my mom has health issue and needs a first floor no stairs and Jacky has went above and beyond to assist me in my se... read more

I was a resident at a Village Green community in Dublin Ohio. I moved out in the summer of 2024 and have been in dispute with them over money ($75 for carpet cleaning) that was incorrectly charged to me. From June-December the management at Dublin Park (owned by Village Green) gave me the run-around, refused to reply to emails. In Dec The new Operations Manager agreed with me that I was incorrectly charged & submitted paperwork to send me the money but now the community is under new management and Village Green refuses to me... read more
