The current state of the garbage on the lower level parking area. It seems that the trash hasn't been picked up in the 2 going on 3 weeks. This includes the dog drop offs and the dog park. Given the heat the air has been starting to smell like garbage sadly.
My boyfriend and I were highly interested in this property and applied two weeks ago. When we went to see the apartments, we were shown 2 options. A premium unit with vinyl flooring and an in unit w/d for 1995 a month. Then we were shown a standard unit without the in unit w/d for 1799 a month. We were highly interested in the standard, and applied once we confirmed availability with Liliana, who I had been in contact with prior and showed us the apartments. This place is a complete mess. It’s honestly sad to see how someone with so much potential for a successful venture has turned it into one of the worst living experiences possible. I’ll try to point out something positive throughout this review, but that won’t be easy. During the last snowstorm, my car was stuck in the parking lot for an entire day before management decided to clean it. Have you ever had a question for your leasing office? A concern or complaint? Would you like to speak with someone from the office? Well at village green, be warned. When you call during working hours, no one picks up. When you knock on the door, no one will answer. When you email any one of the various emails you are given, nobody will reply. This management is team are absolutely terrible and they don't care at ALL about their tenants. There was a big snowstorm on Jan. 25, 2026. There were not enough parking spaces for the tenants to park. They were parking in front of the apartment complex. Officers had to tow cars and give out tickets.
