I am very disappointed with the way Village Apartments handled my situation. I recently discovered that someone was able to rent an apartment using my name and personal information without my knowledge or authorization, and the complex approved the application. I never signed a lease, never lived there, and yet this account shows on my credit report as if I did. Impossible to get in contact with anyone in the office, there’s never parking after 9pm (in the entire complex), walls are paper thin and frequent hot water shut offs due to “plumbing”.

You guys are the worst and least accommodating leasing center ever. It took me two hours to get on the phone with someone. The leasing center office staff has zero knowledge and zero awareness.
