This place is a complete mess. It’s honestly sad to see how someone with so much potential for a successful venture has turned it into one of the worst living experiences possible. I’ll try to point out something positive throughout this review, but that won’t be easy. Have you ever had a question for your leasing office? A concern or complaint? Would you like to speak with someone from the office? Well at village green, be warned. When you call during working hours, no one picks up. When you knock on the door, no one will answer. When you email any one of the various emails you are given, nobody will reply. This management is team are absolutely terrible and they don't care at ALL about their tenants. There was a big snowstorm on Jan. 25, 2026. There were not enough parking spaces for the tenants to park. They were parking in front of the apartment complex. Officers had to tow cars and give out tickets. I am very disappointed with the way Village Apartments handled my situation. I recently discovered that someone was able to rent an apartment using my name and personal information without my knowledge or authorization, and the complex approved the application. I never signed a lease, never lived there, and yet this account shows on my credit report as if I did. Impossible to get in contact with anyone in the office, there’s never parking after 9pm (in the entire complex), walls are paper thin and frequent hot water shut offs due to “plumbing”.
