All appliances are outdated along with kitchen cabinets, carpet, windows and doors. Kitchen and bathroom floors are super cold and also outdated. Extremely cold air enters through the patio doors and windows. The area is very safe and quiet and I suppose that is why the rent is on the highest level. As for the overgrown trees which pose a major threat they also cause a great deal of work on the residents. The State of Indiana needs more senior affordable housing and these are my observations !!
Love it here, wonderful and friendly staff and I have the best neighbors.
My dad and his dog Mater lived here for several years and he loved it. The staff was great and treated him so nice. I wish he could have lived longer. Thank you for all of your kindness and for taking great care of him.
I love it here!! Been here 5 years it’s safe and secure and we love to go on the coach. The employees are exceptional and caring! I would recommend this place to everyone!
