I had a great experience renting with them.. A little hard to contact through the main office (often no one would be there) but staff were great, and I enjoyed living here
THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST RENTAL AGENCY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! I HAVE DEALT WITH MANY RENTAL AGENCIES IN THE PAST 10 YEARS (AS I MOVE A LOT FOR WORK) AND THIS ONE REALLY TOPS THE CAKE! ANYTIME YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED OR HAVE QUESTIONS WHETHER IT BE THEIR AGENCY OFFICE OR THE ACTUAL APARTMENT COMPLEX BE PREPARED TO LISTEN TO A RECORDING AND LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A CALL BACK (WHICH YOU WILL BE ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE BEFORE THAT HAPPENS) IN TERMS OF GETTING ANYTHING FIXED IN YOUR APARTMENT BE PR... read more
There is water in my Light Fixture for the 2nd time and is sparking with the light off. I was told it would be looked at tomorrow. I don't have access to the breakers in the apartment, they are in a different part of the building, so I cant even cut the power off to it. You would think Sparks being a fire hazard it would be a high importance.
Our 2.5 month experience has been like being held hostage!!! We've had unresolved maintenance problems and countless broken promises directly with the property management company. Village Green does not hold up their service offerings outlined within the contract but you will find yourself staying because who likes moving twice? 1 star of the price.
