Six years at Village Green East Apartments taught me one thing. Document absolutely everything. 📝 Over our time there, rent increased roughly 40 percent, yet the condition of the property did not improve. The water is extremely hard and cooking with it was unpleasant. The water pressure is minimal. After moving, the difference in water pressure was shocking. Apartments are well maintained and clean. Management staff are friendly and helpful. A good place to call home.
My father-in-law recently moved to Wisconsin and I’m so glad he found a home at Village Green. His unit is bright and clean with nice appliances and his building is quiet with friendly neighbors. The office staff was a huge help as we made arrangements for him to move here and maintenance has been quick to address any issues.
