Lost job unexpectedly, advised Janice in the office I would need to leave. Turned in keys, left house in better condition than when I moved in, left contact info. Expected a move-out statement that showed my loss of security deposit (of course) and any other fees owing. Instead started getting collection agency calls less than 2 months later. Just no reason to be so nasty.

I stop by on a Sunday, knowing full well the office would be closed. I loved the looks of the park and returned on Monday and visited the office staff, I couldn’t be more happy about the helpful information they gave me. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and more then willing to show met he homes for sale as well as the rentals. I had many phone conversations with all the girls in the office, they made me feel welcome and looking forward to making me a part of Village Green family. I called on a listing I saw on Mobile Home Village and this woman whose number is listed and who has the nerve to call herself a sales rep named Daphne Exley answers and tells me the listing is no longer for sale. She was very rude and upset that I had the nerve to call her on HER DAY OFF AND THAT I WAS RUINING HER DAY OFF. SHE THEN WAS VERY NASTY TO ME AND WHEN I ASKED HER WHO ELSE BESIDES HER I COULD SPEAK TO ABOUT A LISTING SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
