If I could give yellow wood terrace a 0 I would. The management is not competent and Does Not cater to the elderly the carpets are Old and dirty. there are only 3 maintenance. men and they are very rude to the elderly tennants my mother lives as this dysfunctional place she's 80 yrs old and. tells me all about it. Recently there has been an out of control BedBug Infestation that keeps moving from one apt. to the other,that has renters moving out! This place is horrible so if you are looking for a CLEAN place for your parents... read more

This is an old structure but is being brought up to date. I enjoy living here. It's near nearly every thing I'm interested in from Community Center to shopping oppertunities It also is visited by a special buss every Wed. which will take you round to all shopping areas. We have plenty of activities here and entertainment. You can participate or not and not be harrassed. We also have a couple of restruants that wil deliver.

Not highly recommended at this time. The apartments are comfortable but do not reflect taxpayer funded upkeep and maintenance. Some apartments have carpet and tile 30 years old. Stoves are worn out with ovens that no longer cook reliably. Housekeeping and maintenance are poor with staff allowed to cheat on time worked. The managers that have been hired have bad managerial skills, are lazy, and incompetent. One manager only worked 6 months and was working to make the residents apartments more comfortable. This is a new apartment unit for senior citizens. It is well maintained with a community room, art room and bath rooms on the first floor. Each of the three floors has a sitting area different from the other. The third floor also has a library that is equipped with numerous books, magazines, and dvds for the residents use. Also on the first floor is a computer room for residents use. My only complaint is that although there is a laundry room, washers and dryers have not been installed yet. It's an awesome place to live. Just like a small / town or community. They have after school programs, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Swimming Pool, Club House, (Activities - in the Club House - something going on every nite either for kids, going to the Circus in Boston, Cake Decro, ESL, Crafts, Movie Nite, etc..etc..
