Had an alternator issue with kids car. They fixed it quickly, however the new alternator failed. They took quick care of it and provided wonderful customer service.
Mel and his team are amazing! Always fix my car properly and I know the cost will be fair! I always know I will be treated right when I take my car to Village Garage.
I was told by Mitchell Subaru my 2016 Subaru Forester needed a full engine reseal which would be $5k… I don’t know who has that kind of money lying around but it’s definitely not me! I called Village Garage for a second opinion and even on the phone, Mel said my 2016 should not need an engine reseal. I brought it in the next week and sure enough—Mel calls me and tells me there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my car and he didn’t know why Mitchell Subaru told me I needed any work done. Absolute life saver!! I stopped by because I had a tire going flat. They had every opportunity to lie and say I needed a new tire but instead they got me back on the road within 30 minutes for a fraction of the price! I will very likely continue to see them for my tire needs.
