They promised me they would cover the cost of my rental, this was stated by Jim Burton. I made it clear that I did not intend to use a rental if it was not covered by them or my warranty. A weeks after retuning the vehicle I was charged $600, and they went back in their word and said they would not cover the rental. They are untrustworthy, I absolutely would not recommend doing any business with them!
We took our explorer there for an oil change. We picked it up with a different set of lug nut locks in our glove compartment. I know they took the OEM set and replaced it with a village Ford set because I changed a flat tire on this car one week ago.

After purchasing a brand new ford explorer from village ford I figured I’d give the service center a try after my great experience from the dealership…. Welp the service center was a complete joke.
