Very unprofessional ford service. Wish i could give negative stars. They schedule you to get your car looked at and then call u the day before and say its a 10 day thing before they can look at it. Will never bring one of my ford cars here again this place can stick it. Will also be reaching out to thier regional manager about this sorry excuse of a ford service shop.
STAY AWAY! Scared to drive new vehicle after service. Very Poor Customer Service from Pete, service advisor. No communication unless prompted by me. Service advisors are just as unprofessional as they dress. No QA/QC and attention to detail. Commercial 2025 F250 came back with more things broken/not working. Tire pressures were not correct after oil change and "inspection". Asked for it to be fixed. Was fixed the second time incorrectly. Passenger window will not stay up after they "fixed" it. Don’t go here. Go to Pat Miliken Ford if you must. They told me the price was $39.95 but when I went to pay they had tacked on an extra charge and they told me was “standard 15% shop fee.” BS. You say the price, that should be the price. Bait and switch makes you untrustworthy. They also told me they filled my wiper fluid, but the entire jug I put in two days later says that was a lie.
