My '21 Explorer was having troubles connecting to the FordPass system. After doing some preliminary testing, they determined that it needed a new software download. Dropped it off to Matt on Friday morning for them and they wound up having a tech stay being closing time to get it up and running. Thanks Matt & Scott (and the tech, of course) for getting things up and running again
