They are VERY racist in there & almost every back person in the Grosse pointe community feels unwanted when they come into there . A manager name “Cindy “ is a very awe full person & she treated me very rude . And almost all the workers in there doesn’t want to help you . I will be contacting the news
When we were checking out the clerk was upset that I was trying to call the other person in the store to tell them I was going to another register. I was rudely yelled at by the clerk. I apologized because I didn’t see the sign that was almost at the end of the checkout lane. If you are going to expect people to see the signs, they should be placed at the end where we stand to put our food at. Thank you for a great shopping experience even during the current COVID19 crisis. Shelves stocked, all employees super friendly, solid safety procedures in place. Also truly appreciate the wine buyer (Mark?) for ordering a sparkling Malbec that I tasted in Oregon! Grateful to have this wonderful independent store in our community.

New!!! The BEST pizza!!! You absolutely have to try it.
Scored a bag of PEI mussels for $5 on NYE. Steamed till they opened in the classic Moules Marinières fashion, with white wine, shallots, garlic, and butter. SWEET, EXCELLENT, AND SUPER FRESH!!! So much tastier than those curated oysters sold by bespoke pubs and seafood restaurants.
An awesome place! A true gem!
