Bought flowers from here quite a few times in 2024 and 2025. They have always been top end of the price spectrum but service was good, flowers were delivered on time and the flowers were good quality. This time around, no one answers the phone, no one returns the messages I left. Have been trying since Aug 21st, finally decided to use someone else. Sad to see this.

I called Village Flowers, panicked, as I forgot my mom's flower order 1 day before mother's day. They were max'd out in orders and deliveries but made an order for my mom!! Saved me from the obvious disappointment my mom would have had. Thank you Jess!! Seamless ordering and excellent service. Mom always loves their arrangements. I order from Village every year.

I was placing an order with Jess, and she was going to coordinate and build a perfect bouquet. Unfortunately I had to back out because people were not home. She did not hesitate to call and refund me. I will look forward to using Village Flowers in the future and I wish there were more people like Jess around. Keep up the good work!
