I was placing an order with Jess, and she was going to coordinate and build a perfect bouquet. Unfortunately I had to back out because people were not home. She did not hesitate to call and refund me. I will look forward to using Village Flowers in the future and I wish there were more people like Jess around. Keep up the good work!

FYI - it’s not there right now! No indication from this where the new site is.
Due to a mixup I needed up getting the flowers delivered to the wrong location, they were all over it and made sure they ended up in the right location. Very helpful, thanks!
