Absolutely beautiful experience! My partner and I walked in today wanting to buy flowers for a friend we were visiting in Kelowna; Jess — the owner — created the most stunning bouquet and vase. 5 Stars – A New Loyal Customer! I stopped in today just to pick up some "Saturday" flowers for my wife. I had no idea what I wanted, but I left with the most stunning bouquet of orchids and roses. The owner is incredible—she took a single orchid and, with her talent, turned it into a true work of art. I really enjoy the creative detail in the arrangements I buy for my father from this florist. In particular, a nice fellow helping me today at Village Flowers by the name of Brooks was the most engaged and helpful in guiding what's the best outcome of arrangement would look like. He was efficient, earnest and quite happy to be of service over the phone which is very helpful to those making large purchases that can't see what the availability of flowers are.
