Autumn made a beautiful bouquet for our father’s gravesite at the Veteran’s Cemetery! She took such great care to make sure everything was perfect, including a 2nd trip back to make sure the cemetery added the vase that should’ve already been in place. This wasn’t even a part of her job, yet she did it anyway. She communicated every step of the way and sent us lovely photos of the floral arrangement including the stone marker. Autumn is amazing! She was so kind, friendly, professional and went above and beyond with the best customer service! She made everything so easy.
