I have been a loyal patient of this office for over 30 years, but after my recent experience, I am beyond disappointed. As a healthy individual who prefers the convenience of telehealth visits or calling in prescriptions, I was shocked by how rigid, dismissive & business oriented they’ve become. They outright refused to accommodate my request for a simple tele-visit or prescription refill, instead they wanted to force me to come into the office for the same conversation and medication I’ve been taking for years.
