In the process of changing providers because I moved. Left a vm to nurses about needing an extension on a refill because I cannot get into my new provider until October. There was no communication that a refill or script was placed. I called back 2 days later to wait on hold on the nurses line. I was on hold for at least 25mins and the line was picked up, I said hello and they hung up on me. I highly recommend this practice!!!! The concierges are so incredibly welcoming and make a very good first impression upon entering, Nurse Erin is phenomenal and very helpful, she exhibits exceptional white glove customer service, she is friendly and compassionate. The office is very accommodating with appointments and they have a wonderful user friendly system that allows me to access my portal with ease.
