I’ve been using this medical group for years they have some great Doctors too that take very good care of me
The whole staff is excellent in all directions as far as I can see.
Initially called regarding acute long COVID symptoms which have been changing daily. I was told that while they block daily 'sick appointments' and have some available for the next day, they could not book me for a sick appointment for the next day. I would need to call the same day for a same day appointment. I made the call first thing in the morning for a same day appointment, waited over 15 minutes on hold for them to answer a 'yes/no' question, and then was told I need to wait another 4 days for an appointment for an AC... read more
It's impossible to get an appointment when you need it. There's always at least a month-long wait. Also, they never call or message you back to interpret your results. No wonder both doctors we've seen here have quit in the last 2 years.
