I don’t understand why this one has 2.1 stars and not the one in Hope Mills. This facility is amazing mainly Dr Olsen I switched My daughter from Dr. Poloza To Dr. Olsen and it was the best thing I could’ve done for my child he was amazing. He gave you more information that I could ever ask for. Formally known as DENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! In May 2025, they tell me his appointment (which was scheduled for May 27th) had to be canceled because they don't have enough hygienists and will need to rescheduled a few months later. I called today, September 9, 2025 to find out what's going on and I'm told that he will need to go elsewhere because they now only see 10 years old and under!!!! They DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO NOTIFY ME!!! NO LETTER, NO CALL, NO TEXT....NOTHING!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIO... read more

Always have cancelled an appt. Been over a year because of shortage and they don't offer anything to try to help put on their schedule. They just don't care about their established patients at all!!!! Very very ridiculous

I made a cleaning appointment for my boys. I requested and signed a No Floride form for both of them. They did not clean my 7 yr olds teeth. The dentist himself quickly brushed floridated toothpaste on just his front teeth and did not have him rinse his mouth, while I was preoccupied speaking with the assistant at the computer. She told me that my son had several cavities and would need to be heavily sedated or put to sleep for a procedure where they would cap his teeth. Which i felt very uneasy about.
