The people are very service oriented. They are helpful and busy all the time. I feel safe and comfortable being there. Parking is always easy. Unfortunately the building is closed due to flooding. A sticker on the store reads unsafe building.
Unfortunately they were unable to get a dress stain removed via dry cleaning after two attempts. Did not notice stain was not removed until after pickup and attempt to rewear. I Took back the dress again and pointed out the stain to be addressed again. I checked for stain removal again at time of second pickup and stain was still on dress. If I had not checked they would not have said anything again. When the stain was pointed out, they said the stain could not be removed.
