Overcharged Twice now we have been overcharged. Once on a manila envelope with a one page sheet of paper in it, and on a greeting card. The lady behind the counter said the manila envelope was considered a parcel as the greeting card because it cannot be bent. Charge over 3 dollars on both when two stamps would of been enough come to find out if weighed and charged as the Post Office does.
