The worst service I've had from a business. They don't seem to be open anymore but are charging my credit card each month. I emailed them but received no response. I called but nobody picks up the phone. I drove there but nobody was there to meet with. These COVID times are hard for all of us but this is not right. If the owner/management is reading this, please find my account and cancel it and let me know you've done so (Paul J Moody).

I've been coming here at least 3 or more times a week for 4 years. Can't say enough good things about this place. Their monthly service plans are fantastic, including the new renovations to the building. Best car wash in Beachwood!!
Wanted to surprise my mom with a clean car. I took it through Village Auto Wash in Orange Village, Ohio (where my family and I had been repeat customers multiple times over), and one of the side-view mirrors popped off in the wash tunnel. The owner, who happened to be there, refused responsibility. Now, a $10 wash has turned into a $90 repair. In the future, I'll be taking my business down the road to Waterway.
