Scott upgraded my electrical service, which included changing the circuit breaker panel. He labeled all the new breakers (as required by village code) but when I needed to replace a switch and needed to cut off its power, I discovered that approximately half of the breakers were mislabeled. So I called and he said he'd come out and fix things, but he never showed up and never tried to get back to me. I now consider him unreliable and would not use him in the future, and certainly would not recommend him.
