Horrible owner . Does no repairs if they do it's months an yrs
Quiet nice
Great mobile home park. affordable in a Pinch or extended renting. Not a trashy park by any means. Everyone keeps a tidy lawn and well kept shrubbery. Disruptive tenants are a minimum if not evicted quickly. Background check requirements help keep riff Raff out, while still having a diverse community of good people of all natures.
Only allows small breed dogs :/:
