Poor, Service, Front Desk Check-In Needs A Patient Relation Refreshment Course, You Can’t Have Non Medical People Sitting Behind Check In/Out , That’s Exposing Personal Information( HIPPA )While Patients Check In And Out, Not Professional At All And Our Insurance Changed And Wouldn't Take 2 Minutes ( Literally) To Verify, Just Not Customer Friendly, We Wont Be Back, Cant Support Local With Service Like This!
Coming from a big city to rural area I was worried about the treatment my family would receive but I didn’t need to worry the staff here are amazing they stay on top of everything and they do in house labs so one less apt to go to! Thank you everyone at village drs!
DISTURBED and HIGHLY concerned about the treatment my grandchildren received during an office visit this week. My hope is that management will address this immediately. Very disappointed.
