My doctor's office in Melrose Heart to Heart closed down so I quickly had to get a new primary care doctor, I found Village Doctors in Keystone Heights, FL. I am so glad my old doctor's office closed because I would have never ended up at Village Doctors and met Dawn the nurse practitioner there. SHE IS AMAZING!
