Had the worst experience I have had here in 10 years. My "Doc" ( Ms. Cary) is taking some time off. I was paired with Ms. Ana. She was 50 minutes late for my appointment and it was obvious that she had not read my history. All associates were great but the tardiness on the appointment is not acceptable. Will not accept Ms. Ana again. Village Doctors has a policy of charging one $25.00 for a no-show. I would think it should work both ways and how many minutes late constitutes a no-show?
Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Ana tentatively listed to my issues, asked a lot of questions, and helped me get the best night's rest in 5 weeks. Thank you!!
Messed up my prescription and refused to fix the problem so I could get it refilled without making a new appointment. The staff was extremely rude and unwilling to help. I have only had bad experiences with this company. They are unwilling to actually offer any care and seem only able to refer clients to specialists. Could not be more disappointed with this clinic.
North office. The check in and out staff were very professional and polite. Matia who drew my blood for labs did an excellent job and I really like my nurse practitioner Jessica. She is very caring and knowledgeable.
