My husband was seen for back pain recently He has been a patient there for 15 years. Since Cari has left, the lack of compassion for their patients is ridiculous. The office staff keeps placating us with reasons why we can't get any results but nothing is done. No tests are read, no phone calls are returned. They don't care and there is NO ONE running the show.
The doctors here are excellent, and I’ve been coming for years. The staff is always professional, friendly, and courteous. My only concern is with the billing process. If you have an outstanding balance, the check-in system will not let you complete sign-in on the computer unless you make a payment first. Also, I’ve noticed that even while making payments, accounts are still sometimes turned over to collections. The billing department could definitely use some improvement.
So far, ive had 3 appointments there. I have nothing bad to say about this little facility nor the people who there. Ana is great! She listens, she isn’t in a rush to get to the next patient.
