I made the biggest mistake buying a golf cart from village discount golf cart. From the minute we walked in i should have turned around and left. If your new to golf carts then do not go here. Take your time and look around. I was taken by the "good" price but that was a joke. I just found out that my cart has been involved in an accident. The front frame is rippled and a makeshift bracket was installed. Only part of the frame and repair was painted and now the other half is rusting. Never Again, Absolutely the worst service I ever had, sent 2 carts for service after both were paid for they were returned, both damaged and neither had all the requested services performed. After numerous calls i finally got a returned call and they said the reason for the delays were that they were just too busy.
4/3/25 - Update. It started out well, and just kept getting worse. First their warranty after 1 year is joke, don't let them tell you they fix stuff after 1 year, read the exclusions. If you can find yourself a new cart outside the villages or a gently used one that was bought brand new go that route. I knew this was a cart refurbed but alot of money for the amount of things breaking so quickly. Rachel delivered my cart as scheduled. She explained all warranty info and was pleasant to work with. Johnny Mac ensured I got the type of cart I wanted. Both employees are 5star in my opinion
Justin was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He solved our problem and we appreciate it.
