Skip was a guy to deal with. He never made feel like I was a nobody he took his time to get me in this cart. After about three minutes I felt that could trust, and was out for the buck. He is just the kind of person I would want to work for me. Chris I didn't get a lot of time to get to know. When he dropped off the cart he wasn't in a hurry to get going. He took his time and went through everything and was very friendly. I couldn't have asked for two better people. Thanks you guys for making, buying a cart so easy.
UPDATE 06/26 A little over a year later we had our annual service completed. At that time the service tech had identified an unexpected issue. As a result I spoke with David in service. We would like to thank David for resolving the issue is a very timely manner. We recently moved to the Villages had a battery golf cart but needed to upgrade to a gas cart. I stopped by looking for parts. They attempted the search, but weren't any more successful than I was. They did give me some suggestions. I thanked them for trying. I wasn't looking for a cart yet, but the salesman was willing to talk to me and answered some questions about their inventory. An overall pleasant experience.

This is a classic case of "let the buyer beware'. We purchased a cart from Village Discount Golf recently. It has less than 400 miles on it since we bought it. We can't be sure of the mileage since it came with a speedometer that didn''t even show mileage. (Cheap item) Since my other cart was due for the annual maintenance, we decided to have this one also worked on - even though the mileage certainly did not require it.
