1st time customer Mailed a package today and the new owner was very service oriented, the store is very clean and the supplies I needed were right there. They wrapped and sent off my package in no time. I will be back. A really great location!
New Owner is Top Notch I am a small business owner who ships often and I can't say enough about this location. Since the new owner reopened the store, the place is not only much cleaner and brighter, but the owner is incredibly helpful and personable. He is always very willing to answer questions and he seems to really value each customer. I use this store fairly exclusively for shipping. Customer service is still alive and well at Redmond Ridge!
Terrible place - don't go there Prior to this incident, I had been a regular customer in this store and they knew me well. I went in to mail a modest size package locally and asked them to box it for me. They were vague about the cost and only when it had been packaged (which took the guy all of 2 minutes) did they inform me it was going to cost almost $30. I asked how much it would be if I provided my own box. Answer $13. So they wanted to charge me $17 for a cardboard box. I said I would provide my own box, to which they s... read more
New Owner is Jack - he's improved the store 10000% now that there's a new owner, jack graham, this store is GREAT! he ships packages all over the country for me and i never have any problems. excellent customer service - always helpful & polite. the store is MUCH cleaner & more cheerful...highly recommend this location!
