Restored my faith in dentist's Super friendly and professional.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionists at this office. Cancelled our daughter’s appointments twice in a row, we missed the third due to a bereavement in the family but a member of staff was understanding and rescheduled. I called to confirm app and was told they can’t see them due to lack of funding (for the third time), literally said it was our fault as we missed an app but when challenged they had no idea we missed it due to a bereavement. Until I registered here I was the most terrified person to visit the dentist... but this surgery and all the staff have been amazing and I thank you for that.
