The dentist was fine and the costs were customary. The reason for my two stars is the office staff. Completely inept, unresponsive, and rude. They will also hold insurance money from overpayments (illegal), and toy with you to get it back. My university student son paid for 20% of the work done, not knowing he was actually covered at 100%. The staff could have used the Telus portal to pre-authorize the work and receive immediate payment, but for some strange reason, put a hard copy paper claim through the mail during Canada... read more

Posting for my Dad Earl, as he doesn't have a Google account. These are his words. I had a dental emergency and was introduced to Dr. Dumont and his lovely nurse whose name escapes me at the moment. Upon my visit, I found the two of them to be wonderful professionals. They immediately put me at ease during my appointment and were knowledgable and patient during my procedure. Recommend this Dental Office! I've been here several times, and today I had a tooth extraction. In particular, I want to highlight the excellent work done by Dr. Marc DuMont and his assistant during the extraction. The reception staff are also very pleasant and responsive. My experience here has been very positive; I thank all the staff.
Horrible service be nice if the had a reception that could speak actually English. Had a appointment canceled i really needit because of there mistake. Really nice shifty service 👌
