The doctor is very kind and her skills are adequate. However, the receptionist/administrative staff member is incredibly incompetent and refuses to accept responsibility for her numerous mistakes. Worst of all, instead of apologizing for any inconvenience she causes, she opts to make childish excuses or even blame the patient. Because of this staff member alone, I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
