I'm writing this review specifically because the office personnel while very nice have been promising me a refund check in the mail for 6 months now. I've called the office no less than 8 times and been promised each time the check would be mailed. To this day I have never received it. It's almost like they do it on purpose. (Rhetorical) I'd love to give them a zero.
