I talked to these guys a few months ago when I was thinking about biking. Though I ended up finding a nice used bike elsewhere I couldn't turn down, they were as as nice as can be and were more than happy to check the bike out and give it a tune up. They also were more than willing to take time and discuss several questions I had. I could not be more satisfied.
Excellent, effective, friendly service. James and Tony at Spanish Spring location are professional, creative and timely in providing high quality service. Mark - the owner proved to be attentive, helpful and accommodating when I experienced a challenge with the manufacturer of one of the products. I will certainly will continue to be their dedicated customer.
Moved down from upstate N.Y. where I went to the same bike shop for 31 years, the guys at the Brownwood shop made feel like I've known the for years. They are great I went it looking for parts for my dad's bike and a new bike for myself, was looking at new bikes to put on layaway because I'm on a fixed income, I road a few new bikes and then Mark showed me a used Marin that was older but was a much better bike and buy then the new bikes I was looking at.
