Recently suffered a catastrophic flat coming down the 520 bridge into the village. Was able to walk the bike over to the shop to check it out. The guys at the shop almost immediately stopped to help he out. They got the bike on the stand, pulled the tire off, and started to repair the damage to wheel. This is the best bike shop in the area, always helpful and willing to go the extra distance for customers.
Great shop for ladies as these fine gentlemen's customer service really helps you learn about cycling!
