Beware doing business with this dry cleaner!!! They ruined an expensive placemat that I took in to be cleaned. In addition, they lost a second placemat. Since I cannot replace these mats, I asked for a credit on my bill. Sadly, they have not responded to my request. Moreover, every time I call and ask for the manager Mike, "Miguel" says that he is not in the building at that time. Great Cleaners This place is great. They offer quality Fine dry cleaning and they deliver to my house. I would recommend trying it out. I am very picky with how my clothes are and have been to a lot of the cleaners around Colleyville but this one fits me the most.
Week of 09/14/08, several items were picked up, with out any information from the clerk on duty. At home I checked each clothing item before putting away, each item that had a stain or spot, was still on the and one jacket was returned with a spot ?. When the clothes were taken, each item was marked and the exact stain was told and described, example, one item had a coffee spill, so the cleaners would know what the stain was and how to treat, so there wasn't any surprises.
