Such a sweet staff and really awesome facility, all around. We really enjoyed meeting everyone there and getting to see other residents enjoying activities and family time outside with a mobile barnyard event yesterday!
I recently entertained at Village Crossing’s New Year’s Celebration and WOW was it a great experience. First, the property is really beautiful and all of the staff that I encountered, from the ED, to the dining room staff, all were most friendly and kind. And speaking of the dining room, the FOOD was all fantastic and delicious. Above and beyond my expectations.
The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful, especially when I left my phone on the desk while I was signing in. All personnel are pleasant.
Village Crossing at Worman's Mill is a beautiful facility. The moment you walk in the door, you feel like you're at a fancy resort! The people who work there always have a smiling face!!!
During every visit to Village Crossing at Worman's Mill I am impressed by how bright and clean every area seems to be. The team is very open and friendly. I give high praise to both Judy at the front desk and Robyn Wheat in marketing for caring so deeply about the residents and the services they provide. I definitely recommend scheduling a tour if you are thinking about moving to a community or if your loved one is in need of additional care and support in their daily living.
