Over priced crap. With a lot of rules!!!
Melissa has been a phenomenal host. She is always reasonable and available by phone. One day my garage door wouldn’t open because it was so cold. I contacted her and she had a maintenance man there within 30 minutes and I still made it to work on time. If you’re debating a price elsewhere, this apartment is worth it. You get used to the train in a few days, I promise.
I moved in in December and have nothing but positive things to say. Management is wonderful, accessible and easy to talk to. I've had no problems whatsoever and would highly recommend to anybody!
This is my second experience renting from Melissa, I went from FDL to Lomira. I will actually be sad when my renting days are over because she’s been a dream to rent with as has maintenance. My texts and maintenance requests (though few) have never been ignored, everything has always been done when I was told it would be. As a single woman she went above and beyond to not only make me feel safe but took extra steps to actually keep me safe while living alone. The property manager is awesome. Very responsive and the company treats their tenants well. The property is well maintained and super affordable. Great value !!
